If you think about it, most the time you listen to music at levels that allow you to have a conversation with someone without shouting. With DALI, you are always sure that even at low listening levels details will not disappear.
The curved sides and real wood front baffle eliminate resonances and vibrations for the highest possible sound quality with minimal noise from the speaker cabinet.
Essentially, the 800 is a three-way bass reflex speaker with 2 x 8" bass woofers, 1x 6.5” midrange driver and DALI´s proprietary ribbon/soft dome hybrid tweeter module. In fact it is more a three-and-a half-way design, as the dome and the ribbon do not cover the same frequency range.
The Helicon Series is developed, designed, hand-built, assembled and individually tested at the DALI factory in Denmark.
The Helicon 800 stands an impressive 112 cm/ 44 inches high.
