Erann DD
Erann DD (Erann David Drori) is one of the funkiest Danish soul singers of his time - drawing inspiration from Soul, Jazz, R’n’B and Funk and combining it with pop. His skillful clash of genres, combined with his charisma and charm (it doesn’t hurt being voted ‘sexiest man’ by a women’s magazine), has won him broad recognition throughout his almost 30-year career.
From an early age, music became Erann DD’s religion, guiding him on a path which began with classical piano lessons at age 7. He learned that he could escape into the world of music and communicate with the outside world through his music. Even today, he is still a believer.
Some say that Erann DD does not have Soul...it is Soul that has Erann DD.

The recording was done as a live performance with no monitoring for the musicians. They could only hear the acoustic sound in the room. We recorded analogue on a 24-track tape machine.
