The sound of the recording is spacious, with huge detail. Throughout the song, the percussion plays an important role next to Forcione's lead guitar. Together with the subtle double bass, it drives the rhythm and creates a constant feeling of space. At times, the quartet plays loud, pulsating and forceful. At other times, they shift back down to very subtle levels: dynamics play a very important role in this recording.
